An absolute perfect example of an e30 M3. And as the title states, there is no substitute. Thank you for sharing. Nothing like driving an ///M!

The E30 M3, from all angles is alive. A time machine that will take you back to when cars were made to drive and made you want to drive. So far removed from today’s anaesthetised A to B drones. Love this vlog. Thanks P.Licious.

Seriously?! You guys really suck! After the e30 article yesterday I spent all night looking at them. I finally convinced my self, while laying awake in bed till way too late, that I really didn’t have room for one in my life even though I found one that is the perfect match to my E28 M5. Then you post this video and I’m back to square 1! Now if I can just get my RS6 sold relatively soon then I’ll be buying one…anyone need a 525hp AWD German sedan?

Great video as usual, agree with some of the other comments about the noise, how do you position the microphone’s to pick up the engine sound so well (or is that a trade secret 🙂 )

Also curious is this a standard E30 M3 or one of the many derivatives?

It is a standard E30 M3. No trade secrets, there is a mic by the intake and one run by the exhaust. To be honest, there wasn’t much of a point of putting a mic by the exhaust as the E30 M3 is all intake noise.

Is that exhaust tweaked? It sounds amazing. Great video.

My compliments dear Petrolicious Productions! The speed of this beautiful M3 was conveyed as rarely shown on video. Was it sped up a notch? Regardless of the answer this the crème de la crème of automotive storytelling and I think either this blog or your personal careers can go nowhere but forwards. Hopefully there will be some curves, corners and cameras involved, so all can keep enjoying it.

None of the footage was sped up.

Another great story, fantastic that the guy was able to buy the car with a little bit of persuasion from the original owners wife.
