I’d love to come along for one of these shoots one day. They are shot right in my backyard on roads I drive everyday. Would be great to see these things in action in the flesh.

I see that most of your East Coast videos are done either on Route 218 near Cornwall, NY or on the roads through Bear Mountain State Park, such as Seven Lakes Drive. I live literally on Route 218 and am half a dozen miles north of Bear Mountain. If your film crew ever needs a place to park, eat lunch, reorganize, brainstorm, hide from the cops, etc., contact me. stephwilkinson@verizon.net

I learned to drive on Seven Lakes Drive. What a brilliant place to learn how to drive quick on a twisting road, its endless. In the nineties you’d often fun into Mercedes, BMW and Jaguar engineers testing out that way, my Dad being one of them.

I love the garage mr. Philip Toledano has. A Lancia Stratos, BMW M1 and this Lancia O37.
And he is, with understatement, the Woody Allen of car owners…. that high revving turbo engine just needs to be pushed harder.
Great video and don’t we all just love Lancia’s?

Nice car! I don’t know anything about this car either, but I like the size, balance, engine combo, and all the hand-fitted touches. I’d give it a run! Also looks like it is easy to work on!

I had never seen one either until I saw two of them (and a Stratos) together at a vintage car dealer in Italy last year. I agree, the proportions are just perfect.

For something even rarer and very funky, you should see the Lancia S4 that replaced the 037.

In parts of this video, I think I heard this little red machine asking me put the hammer down. Those legs need to be stretched out and that motor is begging to be wound up! That motor is like a little caged beast.

Group B saw the death of 2WD and the birth and domination of AWD. My favorite car, the 190E 2.3-16, was also a victim of the AWD domination in Group B.
