Man, he looks like Fast Eddie Felson in those glasses. What a gorgeous car. And a true enthusiast: he drives the Huracan, loves it, but goes back to his “little guy” that he modified himself because he likes to spend time driving it instead of maintaining it. Well done, Chief. Wishing you (and your Italian mistress) fair winds and a following sea.

Jack buddy, I remember dearly riding in your V12 before and after the paint job! Great job keeping her going. The countryside looks beautiful and makes me miss Callie!

One of my favorite films. The car is a joy but jack is the real treasure – someone who owns a rare valuable Italian exotic and actually uses and loves it for the purpose it was built. The story of the factory is classic!!! I also love the fact that he has modified it so that he can drive it on a more regular basis. Keep driving that beauty – it will be a very sad day when it ends up in a dehumidified tomb!!

Wow. A beautiful exotic in my own backyard, and I never knew it. I grew up in that area and hung out more than a few times at that store. Never saw anything that gorgeous driving by. Hope I see Jack and his stunning car on my next East County romp on those rolling back roads. Keep up the great videos and stories Petrolicious.

That upright bass lick at the end was perfect.

“If it had a personality, it would be telling me that…”
But IT DOES have a personality Jack, and you happen to be among the few who understand this mechanical language. Bless you Ferruccio wherever you are, and bless you Jack for keeping this work of art alive. Grazie mille!

Cool car. I much prefer the early front engined Lamborghinis to the OTT mid engined poseur machines they make today. I remember Jack and his 400GT being featured in a Jay Leno video a few years ago. Sounds like Jack has added quite a few miles since then, and may once again be the highest mileage Lamborghini in existence (there’s a Murcialago regularly featured in EVO that has 250,000 miles approx on it but it was last reported to be off the road after an accident).

A lovely car! But the noise…noise, noise, it just sounds so mechanical and organic and comforting. Today’s best sounding cars just don’t have that. Every time I see Petrolicious videos and hear that mechanical sound reminds me of how synthesized the automotive experience has become.

Beautiful. Another amazing profile. I love when these cars are still used and out on the road. So inspiring! Good job and keep them coming, Petrolicious!
