Ι think the spyder is in a more harmonic form-shape than the coupe. Great Video, car & gentleman!!!

I love this car. Back when I was a kid, you could get a coupe for $65K. I was thinking and scheming of ways to come up with the money, but to no avail.

This and the 5000GT were a high point for Maserati.

Another Giovanni Michelotti masterpiece. His deep friendship with Alfredo Vignale and the craftsmen under his employ created some of the most beautiful cars ever produced. Let us not forget that of the over 1,200 cars Michelotti designed, his personal favorite was the Triumph Spitfire and its Big Brother the Triumph GT6. As one who has rescued and restored, to concours condition, a 1970 GT6, I am always hopeful that one day, it will receive the recognition it deserves because, for now, it remains under-recognized, under-valued and under-appreciated.
