Amazing machine!
I’m a Porsche enthusiast, a year ago I was thinking of creating the ultimate collectible piece for Porsche lovers and I come up with this idea: https://kck.st/2EhRWCV I decided to build a CNC Fuchs replica wheel for my self and now I’m sharing the project with the community. The project was posted on Kickstarter a few weeks ago to see the response from the community. You guys are free to check it out, thanks.

Fantastic video, the car and driver are perfectly mated. So glad to see this car in the owner’s possession, he really “gets it”, and that is all that matters.

Unfortunately not iconic to drive.

As high school kids in the mid 70’s there were just two cars that we considered as the ultimate high performance machines (Rightly or wrongly but that’s what we believed). The Countach and the Turbo, however and not taking anything away from the Countach, there was an unspoken acceptance amongst us that the real deal was the Turbo. Great car, great video.

Fantastic car, first real sport car I ever drove was… THE 930 Turbo lightweight ex Von Karajan…In mint condition, I was 18 going from the French Riviera to Avignon for delivery to new owner…I am saying this because it had also Martini colors…So it recalls me this incredible ride. Then I finally owned a street 1988 bought in Monaco dealership…13 years ago…Just fantasric and fanstastic….I should I have kept the beauty…

What a beautiful car and an exhaust note to die for. It looks like you have some great roads for enjoying some miles with the 930 as well. There is no substitute. Another great video…. thank you Petrolicious!!

I love the Porsche 930 and I got no problem with some modifications. However the Martini decals…Really? hmmm

Hope to see the car at the Ault Park Concours and/or the Lunken Field Hangar party someday. Delightful commentary and video.

Great video, and such a great car! Just beautiful. And I really like the Martini Porsche magnetic livery. It makes the car really stand out, which has to be a lot of fun. Plus it’s all removable and doesn’t affect the (considerable) value of the car.

Having owned a 930 for many years, I can honestly say that Grant totally gets it and that this little movie totally captures the essence of 930 ownership and driving… Oh, that exhaust sound 🙂

What greater joy for a “dyed in the wool” 911 lover than to see a properly stunning 930 feautured in a Petrolicious movie!!

Sounds fantastic, looks amazing and the guy gets the whole point of 911. Excellent, made my day!

Awesome car, beautiful sound, lovely video.

I have a fear of 930. I drove it only twice back in early 90s, both time in rain. i distinctively remember that it killed me a couple of times during the drives. And I loved it.

As a car nut kid, my first loves were ’57 Chevys, ’40 Fords, and Corvettes but then we moved to upstate N.Y. where my big brother took me to Watkins Glen and I discovered Porsche 911s. Then as I entered high school (now living in Fairbanks, Alaska) the ultimate evolution of my favorite car was, of course, the new Turbo Porsche. Imagine the awe that was inspired when this kid walks through the teacher’s parking lot and discovers that one of his teachers drives a brand new emerald green 930. I don’t know how a teacher could afford it or what gave them the crazy idea to drive a low slung, air cooled car in that arctic deep freeze but, last I heard, she still owns it.

Thanks for featuring the very articulate Grant and his beautiful car.
