9 Classics That Make Us Happy We’re Seeing Red

We’re maybe a bit more biased toward the color red than most other automotive publications, but it remains the color. If a car doesn’t look good in red, well, it’s back to the drawing board.

These selections are our favorites tagged with #drivetastefully on Instagram, and they begin with a jewel-like Lancia Aurelia captured by @the.superswede. @vintagedriver caught a Ferrari Dino (with covered headlights!) in what looks like a very wooded parking lot, and @the.superswede is the first photographer to have two selections in our Instagram roundup—bravo!

From @flatsixlife, we don’t think we’ve seen a side shot of the Porsche 911 before…only kidding, of course, but its profile remains one of the all-time greats. @mreaney23 says, “Nice walking in for a meeting this morning to be greater by this #jaguar”—to our eyes, it looks like a Mark X / 420G… And is there a better grille for a svelte car like the Alfa Romeo Giulietta Sprint Speciale? A nice capture by @and_goliath

With sun, beautiful roads, and a Ferrari Dino to drive, @apex_motoring_events says, “Ferrari 246 GT Dino in Zion National Park on the Copperstate 1000. Epic roads and breathtaking scenery.” @nusevad lamented a car that was in his life, saying. “I wonder where she is now…” Finally, @irob_n captured a car that may just be worth more than the house…

Now go, and submit your photos on Instagram by tagging them with #drivetastefully; each week we’ll highlight our favorites.

Great selection! I will have to register onto Instagram to have a chance at being selected too, would be epic!
Oh I’ve been in love with the Giulietta SS since I was a kid.. And that 356? Not an edge, wonderful!

That picture with the 356 looks like it’s in Australia so if that’s Sydney or Melbourne the house is still worth many times the value of the car! Up to 8 or 9 times.
