Whether or not the Volkswagen Beetle is truly a great winter car as these ads say, it is a car that undoubtedly looks great against a backdrop of frozen white. If only we all could head up into the mountains in a mint Volkswagen Beetle for a snowball fight to ring in the new year.

We’ve all seen the typical VW Beetle ads, but below is some wintry Beetle imagery that might be new to you.

I’ve never been in an air-cooled VW in which the heater properly worked. Ever, and I’ve owned quite a few of them!

2
