This is what Niels has to say about his work:
This 911, built by Porsche between 1975 and 1989 on the “G-Series” platform, was known especially because of the 911 Turbo from the era: the fastest production car available in Germany at the time. Very fast but also rather demanding on high speeds because of its short wheelbase, rear engine and turbo-lag. The interior is simple, but very well executed. The basic horizontal layout is still being used today in Porsche interiors. I just love this car’s strong 80’s character. It suits well in the time of Michael Jackson’s Thriller and the Knight Rider TV series: a true eighties interpretation of the 911 concept. Rough around the edges with its large amounts of black plastic, fantastic deep dish Fuchs wheels and compact proportions. I captured the character of the car in a rough, almost harsh way of illustrating it in high contrast black and white.
