An Aston Martin For Nearly Every Taste

Aston Martin has a rich history filled with some of the world’s most iconic GT cars. For those looking to buy one (and the rest of us, who enjoy window-shopping), we’ve selected a few Aston Martins from around the world that should suit your tastes for either a relaxed GT car or a more frenetic modern supercar…

The car: 1987 Aston Martin Zagato

Price: €565,000

Location: Cannes, France

Seller’s Info: Click here

A bit pricey, but these Zagato-rebodied V8 Vantages have a look that’s hard to replicate. You’ll either love it or hate it, but for what it’s worth, our tastes lean heavily toward love…

The car: 2013 Aston Martin DB9

Price: $147,436

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia , Canada

Seller’s Info: Click here

Depreciation tends to hit Aston Martins relatively hard, meaning it’s possible to pick up a gently used DB9 for a price you’d pay for a newer, “lesser” Aston Martin.

The car: 1967 Aston Martin DB6 Coupe

Price: $449,500

Location: Astoria, New York

Seller’s Info: Click here

When a member of the DB family is painted in something other than silver, we’re quickly captivated. There’s nothing wrong with the James Bond-favored hue of silver, but in red it’s far easier to see how close in execution they were to Ferraris, Maseratis, and other great GTs of years gone by.

The car: 1955 Aston Martin DB2/4 LHD Drophead

Price: $565,000

Location: Astoria, New York

Seller’s Info: Click here

What many look for are period-correct items that come with the car, and the dealer offering this DB2/4 Drophead advertises that the car is offered with the “…owner’s manual, tools and copy of the factory build sheet.” We’re more interested in the Vantage-spec engine and factory LHD.

The car: 2013 Aston Martin DB9

Price: Inquire

Location: Ontario, Canada

Seller’s Info: Click here

You’ll have to wait until Monterey, but that means there’s plenty of time to save up enough money to place a bid or two at the upcoming RM Sotheby’s sale.

The car: 1978 Aston Martin V8

Price: $147,500

Location: Houston, Texas

Seller’s Info: Click here

Arguably the most usable “classic” Aston Martin seen here, we recently filmed a young man and his V8—surely inspiration enough to get one of your own!

If you know of a great, stylish car for sale and would like us to feature it, please let us know!

Pretty ecclectic mix of Astons. The 1978 single headlight V8 takes it though. Beautiful.
