Established in 2011, The Lowly Gentlemen is the consensual brainchild created by Stance|Works founders, Andrew Ritter and Mike Burroughs. The Lowly Gentlemen apparel and product line is designed to satisfy the enlightened enthusiast.

We’ve all seen the exaggerated, often disproportionate, hot rod and sponsor roll call automotive t-shirts since the 1970s. Thankfully, The Lowly Gentlemen catalog showcase passions often associated with an automotive aficionado.

Iconic motoring elements such as dual-webber side-draft carbs, Porsche 935 racecars and etched stainless steel iPhone covers are just a few of our favorite things. Graphic elements and color treatments project the perfect personification of an enthusiasts true passion during any function.

Not to be overly-defencive but its 2013, and in our generation creativity is key. Stance is no different then putting flames, pinstripes, or loud pipes on your car. You guys had your turn, and now its ours.

That’s honestly a little unfortunate. If you look through their online shop, the apparel and accessories cover a lot more than just a lowered car.

I like there stuff because it’s pretty high quality (I own a few of their shirts), and generally way less obnoxious than the majority of shirts I see people wearing at the water-cooled VW events I go to.
