Introducing the Petrolicious Coffee Club

Among the most gratifying feedback we’ve received over the years is that Petrolicious has become part of our readers’ daily ritual. Of all the rituals we share as passionate automotive connoisseurs, other than driving itself, perhaps none is more common than that of the morning coffee. And so, it is with great excitement that we introduce the Petrolicious Coffee Club, a monthly offering of premium coffees inspired by stories of the cars, people, events, and places that have influenced our passion.

Our goal in introducing the Petrolicious Coffee Club is to provide an enhanced and even more immersive Petrolicious experience that we hope will allow you to explore delicious and different coffees while inspiring your automotive passion and drive. We’ve partnered with Drive Coffee to provide you with carefully sourced coffees of the highest quality, shipped shortly after roasting. Drive Coffee shares our passion not only for great coffee, but for the automotive stories worth telling.

Each month will feature a collection of three 12oz offerings of whole-bean coffee. Great care and planning go into each offering, from sourcing through roasting. Kika and I personally sit with the coffee experts at Drive Coffee and go through multiple tasting sessions to ensure you receive an exceptional coffee, the perfect pairing as you cruise Petrolicious, check out our latest video, or prepare for your morning drive.

Our first month is inspired by three historically significant sports cars: the Alfa Romeo GTA Jr., Porsche 911 Carrera 2.7RS, and Datsun 240Z. Coffees were sourced and then roasted accordingly to pair with these cars and the feeling of driving them in some of our favorite places in the world.
