A few weeks ago I had the distinct pleasure of spending some quality time in Barcelona once again where I was immediately reminded that Spaniards are obsessed with all things Air-Cooled and otherwise. Pepe Massot, a young racing driver turned entrepreneur was on hand to show me around the scene with friend of Petrolicious Alvaro Couso, of 9Republic. We spent the day exploring north of the city in Pepe’s 993 Turbos before making the rounds at Centro Porsche Barcelona and Juliá 911 Porsche Specialist. I of course had my camera with me, and started snapping away. I hope you enjoy my shots as much as I enjoyed taking them.

Any particular questions about specific cars? I’ll do my best to get the owners or our friends in Barcelona to answer them.

Yellow 993 is an authentic RSCS? Also, looks like a 993 GT2?

Great pictures!

Is that the rear end of a 959!??!

PS: at the face of current events, calling “Spaniards” to the people of Barcelona, may be considered offensive… I did that once, and it didn’t go well lol
