While we’ve seen prototypes of the Italdesign-penned Nissan GT-R50 last year, the Japanese automaker has now released images of the production version of this highly styled supercar that was originally set to make its debut in Geneva.

No, this isn’t a new GT-R, which in its current guise has been around since way back in 2007. But Italdesign has given it a radical new look, different from every angle, which breathes life into this aging Godzilla. The roof has been lowered by 54mm (2.1in), the front and rear fascias get a unique piano black treatment, and a giant wing is there to keep the rear end down in the high-speed corners. The interior is only slightly different, with a more liberal use of carbon fibre, leather and alcantara than the base car.

Underneath that sharper skin is still GT-R, though the 3.8-litre twin-turbocharged V6 now makes 710hp – a 110hp jump – and 575lb ft (780Nm) of torque. A stronger six-speed sequential gearbox deals with the extra power, and the brakes and suspension have been upgraded as well.

Only 50 versions of the GT-R50 will be built, and that exclusivity comes with a price of €990,000 (around $1.08 million USD), or about five times what a ‘normal’ GT-R is worth.

I like the shape of this car. I actually think it’s worth the price. I will make the program to give it to my wife next year. I will pay by phone casino in Germany for her next birthday celebration. I hope she will be very happy. What do you think? Is this model suitable for a woman?
