A watch company based in Australia has a limited run of timepieces partially made with scrapped parts from crashed supercars.

Fuoriserie offers the Rosso Red, featuring dials made from wrecked doors of aFerrari 348 TB, and the Storm Black, the dials of which have been cut from the hood of anAston Martin Rapide destined for landfill. Both watches measure 42mm and are powered by a Japanese-made Miyota 203A quartz movement. Each watch is numbered and limited to a run of just 150.
Because of the source materials, the watchmaker states that “all of our watches are visibly unique, tell their own story and feature a design that respects the car they came from.” We don’t know about that, but at $450 AUD – around $310 USD – it’s a reasonably priced way to get close to the car of your dreams.
