If you liked the Jaguar E-type featured in Tuesday’s Your Car, you’re in luck! We spotted this similar Series II, Guards Red XKE on Ebay. It’s not a show car, but seems, much like our Your Car feature, to be a great driver. It comes equipped with the 4.2L straight-six. And in case you’re unaware, Mr. Enzo Ferrari himself called the E-type “the most beautiful car ever made.”

This particular example has less than 46,000 miles and the seller calls it “reliable.” It’s had the “carbs and brakes fully rebuilt, suspension bushings, shocks, seals and axle bearings replaced, steering rack, some gauges, and some other electrical items repaired,” with all of the work performed by an English car restoration shop. Receipts total over $28,000. Engine compression is good with all cylinders measuring between 148-150psi. If you fancy a classic English roadster to drive and enjoy, this might be the one for you.

If you know of a great, stylish car for sale and would like us to feature it, please let us know!

Guards Red is brighter and a Porsche colour, this is Signal Red by the looks of it.
