I was only able to make it to Friday this year at the Goodwood Revival as I was headed over to Chantilly, and even in a mess of pouring rain everyone was in the brightest of spirits. It takes a special degree of hard core enthusiast to jump behind the wheel of a priceless classic and thrash it around a track at full speed in an inch of water, but then again Goodwood has a way of making people do incredible things. Take a look at one of the year’s best events.

A superb photo set, Ted. Thank you!
The red GT-40 is a stunner. Don’t they look better without racing livery? The lines of the thing are so…….well, Italian.
That’s a second series GTO frequently referred to as a GTO 64. This car unfortunately ended up in the tire barrier during the race.
What’s this one called?
Ferrari 250 GTO
