Market Finds: Toyota MR2 is Original and Available

Toyota MR2 is Original and Available

The car: 1989 Toyota MR2 Mk1

Price: £3295

Location: Oldham, Lancashire, UK

Seller’s Info: Click Here

Yesterday, we featured a bright yellow Brit living in the US and today we’re going across the pond to its country of origin to feature a more understated Japanese import. However, this Toyota MR2 is no less worthy and seems to be very original in fact, sporting less than 46,000 miles on the clock.

Additionally, it includes service records and log books testifying to its low-mileage survivor status. The car is motivated by the vaunted twin-cam, 1.6L 4A-GE DOHC I4 (AW11) engine. The seller states that the only reason he’s selling is a growing family and lack of space.

Recent maintenance includes: front new shocks, full service, all 4 discs and pads (paged), new battery, gear oil replaced, iridium plugs, Toyota genuine distributor cap, under-sealed for winter rust protection, and anti freeze fully flushed and replaced. The seller also says that any inspection is welcome. If you buy it let us know!

If you know of a great, stylish car for sale and would like us to feature it, please let us know!

This variant is available in the auto marketplace.. It was structured to be smaller, by a cost effective power plant, but sporty in genre and handling. Its aspects catalogue is so influential and known as family car as well as a sports car. User love it in both cases because is competent from all the ways.

Friend had an MR2 identical to the one listed above in the late ’80’s and early ’90’s. Not fast by any means, but the most fun and responsive car I’ve ever driven.

Stunning! As a current owner of an AW11, this one may be one of the nicest ones left in the world. Somebody is getting a hell of a deal.
