These Are The Sixteen Best Petrolisti Roadtrip Photos

On Monday we shared a few photos from past road trips. And when they were shared on Facebook, the response was positive and overwhelming. But we also asked you, the Petrolisti, to share your own photos and show us what carries you and what moves you: we received almost two hundred submissions vie email and Instagram. It was very difficult narrowing the photos down and the final decision involved heated debate. But following is the winner and fifteen honorable mentions (in no particular order). We’ll be featuring each one of these in upcoming Your Road Trip stories in the near future and, as always, if you’d like to submit a story you can do so here.

Nice to see these contributions from literally all over the globe! I think that’s what makes this website unique, it bonds people (petrolisti), who share the same passions for cars. No matter what your background, car or nationality is. Cheers!

All great images, you should run this as a regular feature.

I’m fairly certain the winning image is of a 1974 Kadett, not a 1964 Kadett 1.2 as currently labeled.

Some wonderful photography here! I hope winning photographer Bob didn’t flood his car. Reminds me of a scene in the movie, It’s a Mad, Mad, Mad World.
