What a super film, and what a difference between then and now. With engines being filled with oil (with a rag around the filler to stop spillages), water poured in from what looks like a kettle, I was half expecting the gentleman in charge of fuel to be smoking as he filled the tank with the milk churn.
In some respects it is sad how much this has changed in Formula 1 (in particular) which makes the races themselves inaccessible to the average person, but I am very glad about the changes in safety when you look at the demise of many of the drivers on the film.
