Petrolicious Gear

All Petrolicious-branded items ship from Southern California via USPS first-class or USPS Priority service, depending on the total weight of your items.

Books

The following book publishers ship from the US: BMW CCA Foundation, Coachbuilt Press, Coterie Press, Dalton Watson, DAP, Degler Studio, Delius Klasing, Gestalten, Pitch Publishing, Quarto Publishing, Rizzoli, and teNeues.

Domestic book orders for these publishers will ship via USPS (typically Media Mail), and international book orders will ship via USPS Priority. Please note that international shipping on books can be expensive due to weight.

Veloce Publishing ships from the UK and orders are not trackable with the exception of The Ultimate Book of the Air Cooled Porsche 911, which ships via UPS.

Waft books ship from Belgium via BPost and is trackable.

Artwork

All artwork listed in The Shop is shipped rolled in tubes (framing is not available) and ships directly from the artist.

The following artists ship from the US and use various couriers and services: 8380 Labs, Bart Kuykens, Boiling Point Creative, Geoff Velazco, JP Greenwood, Linear Edge, Live Vintage Gallery, Motor Affair, Remove Before, Schenning Creative, Seevert Works, Stephane Dufour, and Stephen Landau.

All other artists in The Shop ship from various countries and use different couriers and services.

Additional shipping expenses may incur if ordering multiple items from The Shop. Please refer to the individual product pages for additional details.

International Shipping

For items shipping from the US to other countries, orders are subject to local customs duties. International customers are responsible for any additional fees charged by their country. Please refer to the individual product pages for details on which country the item is shipping from.

Petrolicious and our partners are not responsible for delivery delays due to customs processing or customs fees. Transit times from the US are typically 7-14 business days but at times can take up to 3-5 weeks. Orders are eligible for a refund if the package has not been delivered after 5 weeks.

Unclaimed packages that are sent back to the US from customs may be reshipped 1 time without an additional shipping fee at Petrolicious’ discretion.

In the instance of a product that is shipped from outside the US, US customers may incur additional custom/import fees.

Return Policy

Please see relevant vendor-specific return policies below.

For all Petrolicious-branded apparel, Petrolicious offers a 30-day, no questions asked return policy unless otherwise noted on the item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in the condition you received them to qualify for a refund. To start a return, please email us at theshop@petrolicious.com with your order number and reason for return.

We offer free return postage on eligible Petrolicious-branded items for domestic orders. Return postage for all international orders is not provided. In the event of a return, original shipping costs are non-refundable due to services rendered. We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance if sending back an item as Petrolicious is not responsible for items not received. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise which does not comply with the above return requirements.

To exchange your item for a different size or color, please place a new order for the desired product and follow the return instructions above for the original item.

All other items in The Shop, including artwork, are non-refundable unless damaged in transit. Damaged goods should be reported within 5 days after receiving the parcel by sending an e-mail to theshop@petrolicious.com with clear pictures of the damaged goods. Any items reported damaged after 5 days is subject to the discretion of Petrolicious.

Autodromo

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Autodromo Motoring Watch you can return it to Autodromo for an exchange or refund, provided it is returned within 14 days of order receipt.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items purchased in the United States. All sales to other countries are FINAL, except in the case of defects or warranty claims (see below for warranty information).

Items returned for refund or exchange must be returned in new, unused and re-sellable condition, with the original packaging and any protective coverings and product information intact. Returns that are soiled, damaged or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Returns received after 14 days of original receipt may be accepted at the discretion of Autodromo for store credit only.

If you would like to make a return or exchange please email us at theshop@petrolicious.com BEFORE sending the item.

We guarantee each Autodromo Motoring Timepiece we sell to be free of defects and to work dependably for at least 2 full years from the date of purchase. If your Autodromo malfunctions within this two year period, we will repair or replace the timepiece for you at no cost to you. If you have a warranty claim, please email our customer care department to receive further instructions.

The warranty on our timepieces will be voided by the following circumstances: Internal or external damage caused by accidents, mishaps, mishandling, abusive treatment of the watch (such as smacking it against your doorjamb as you climb out of your car, or wearing your watch in a hot-tub or sauna) or unscrewing of the crown. Modifications attempted repairs, or tampering with the watch by unauthorized third parties will also render your warranty void. Please use only replacement batteries of the type prescribed by Autodromo on your instruction card, as damage from unsuitable batteries also is not covered under warranty.

Raidillon

The Customer has a right of withdrawal that can be exercised without any justification, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of the receipt of the Articles. In this context, the Customer can opt to return the Articles delivered during this period in their original packaging, in perfect condition, complete (accessories, manuals, warranty).

The customer has to keep any evidence of this return, which implies that the Articles have to be returned by a registered mail, or by any other means giving a certain date, in any case, the cost of return is paid by the Customer.

Reimbursement of the price charged for returned Articles will be made by crediting the Customer’s bank account by the bank details provided by the Company when placing the order on the website, no later than 30 (thirty) days after the receipt by the Company the returned Articles. If the Client wishes, the Company issues a credit for the next order for a sum equivalent to the concerned order. In such a case, the Customer has to specify the latter by sending an email to info@raidillon.com.

The returned Articles that are incomplete, broken, soiled or damaged by the Customer will not be refunded totally and shall, in any event, result in the issuance of an asset for a sum equivalent to the initial order.

If the delivered Articles do not comply with the order, the Customer must notify as soon as possible by e-mail sent to info@raidillon.com by justifying the non-compliance of the Articles to the order and, after approval of the Company, return the concerned Articles in their original packaging, in perfect condition, complete (accessories, manuals, warranty …) and accompanied by a copy of the invoice and of the Return/ Exchanges Form to the address indicated on the Form.

The return of the Article must be made by the registered mail, or by any other means giving a certain date, the cost of return is- whether the non-compliance of the Article occurs proven- to be paid by the Company. If the Client opted for a delivery to a Raidillon’s Authorized Retailer, the Client must contact this Authorized Retailer for the return. The return and the cost will be paid by the Retailer.

In the absence of possible exchange of the returned Articles and if the Client does not wish to dispose of a credit for future purchases, the reimbursement of the invoiced price of these returned and not confirm Articles will be made by crediting the Customer’s bank account, at latest within 30 (thirty) days following the Company’s receipt of returned Articles. The reimbursement of return and transportation cost of non-complying Articles shall be made by crediting the Customer’s bank account after that the Company received from the Client the justification of that cost.

The Outlierman

Contact us at theshop@petrolicious.com and note your intention to return. Please include the order number and reason for return. Note: The customer is responsible for postage on returns/exchanges.

Returns must be within 15 days from the day of delivery. We suggest using the same courier and the same packing. We will confirm you by email that your return has been accepted. We will proceed to refund the credit card with which the payment has been made (refund will be made within 30 days, or in line with the credit card policies). The item must not be worn; it has to be in the same conditions as it was received, appropriately packaged in its original box. Original tags of the item must not be removed. The item must not have been washed or damaged in any way.

Piloti Shoes

We will gladly accept return requests for Piloti Shoes in its original condition, with the corresponding packaging, for a refund of the purchase price, less applicable shipping and processing fees. Merchandise must be returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt. Merchandise which has been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for return. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise which does not comply with the above return requirements.

Return requests to will be processed within five to seven (5-7) business days of receipt. Refunds will be issued in the same form as utilized for payment.

Vandel

Shoes can be returned within 15 days of receiving them. Return shipping is not provided and is the responsibility of the customer. In the case of a refund, the original shipping cost is non-refundable. In the event of an exchange, the original order will be refunded and the customer will have to place a new order.

Cafe Leather Supply

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Goods must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Returned goods must be in new, unused condition. All returns/exchanges should be insured to avoid damage or loss during transit. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Your return will be processed as soon as it is received.
