What is The Shop?
The Petrolicious Shop is a carefully curated selection of goods for the automotive enthusiast – you! We partner with artists, artisans, and companies all over the world to bring the best automotive gear into one marketplace.

How does ordering from The Shop work?
The majority of items in The Shop ship directly from our partners. Once you place your order online, our partners get notified of your order details and ship your items directly to you.

If your order contains items from multiple partners, those items will ship separately, thus additional shipping expenses may be incurred. Please refer to the individual product pages for additional details.

What forms of payment do you accept online?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover cards and PayPal.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?
We process orders as quickly as possible but understand that things happen. Drop us an email at with your order number and change request and we will do our best to accommodate. If an order has already been processed, change requests will not be accepted and the order is subject to our return policy once received.

How do I track the status of my order?
Once your items have shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation with tracking details (if available). If your order contains items from multiple partners, you will receive multiple shipping confirmations.

Note: Some orders may not be trackable from door-to-door, depending on the partner’s location, courier used, and the shipping destination. See the individual product pages for additional details.

Do you accept international orders?
Yes! Our partners are located all over the world, so many orders (including US) are considered international. Check the product specifications to learn where each item ships from. All orders are charged in USD.

Note: The customer is responsible for any additional customs or import taxes that may apply. Please check the policies with your government as each country varies from one another.

When will I get my order?
Unless the product is made-to-order, orders typically ship in 2-4 business days after being placed. Please allow extra handling time for artwork.

Orders outside of US: Please allow up to 5 weeks for delivery. Additional customs fees may apply.

Can I ship to a P.O. or Military Box?
No. Please use a home or business address. Our partners use multiple couriers, and many of them are unable to ship to a PO box.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are determined by our partners and vary heavily depending on origin, destination, and product weight.
