We love Porsche and art here at Petrolicious, and when you can combine both of those things it’s even better. This is why Pawel Kalinowski from CarBone is featured not only in our Petrolicious Shop but also in our films. He is a passionate enthusiast and loves to share his work with everyone. When we heard he was having a gallery show, we knew our readers would be interested.
RASTER PORSCHE
8th of November 2019 /7 pm till the last visitor
Beza Food and Bourbon Ogrodowa 8, Lodz, Poland.
The Raster Gallery in Warsaw, Poland, where the show will be held, is a fascinating story in itself. The gallery was started by two young artists, Łukasz Gorczyca and Michał Kaczyński with the goal of promoting Polish artists of the next generation. They promoted the early careers of such artists as Michał Budny, Rafał Bujnowski, Aneta Grzeszykowska and Wilhelm Sasnal and also strive to support and develop Warsaw’s local art scene.
The Raster Porsche exhibit contains Porsches that belong to people from almost all continents. The exhibit is not just about the cars though, it also focuses on the stories of the owners. These are not ordinary cars, there is a strong connection between the owner and their particular car. This is what makes Pawel’s work so authentic, he lives the lifestyle. His Porsche has connected him to people all over the world and his art has been shared over several continents. In the gallery, you will be able to see ten posters created by Pawel, plus two new ones that are made especially for the event.
