This rust-free 1962 British drop-top might be Florida Green, but as far as the Austin-Healey Concours Registry is concerned, it’s gold. GOLD Level-worthy, that is.

It’s also been certified by the British Motor Industry Heritage Trust to be a “numbers matching” car. According to the owner, the “chassis and engine numbers match the original build records.” They show “all the details of exactly when it [the vehicle] was built and that it was shipped to San Francisco January 11[,] 1962.”

In 1998, this 3000 Mk II tri-carb roadster, the “only one known to exist in this color combination in Concourse [sic] condition,” was restored. At one point, its 2.9-liter inline-six engine was also rebuilt. The seller states this car “has benefited from loving, long-term ownership and was always maintained by Austin[-]Healey specialists.”

The biscuit and dark-green interior features new carpets and interior panels, as well as a dash that “looks like new.” Above that is a top that’s in good shape and can be paired with the available side curtains.
