Big props to Sam and the entire production crew for another fantastic journey with an inspiring classic through breathtaking scenery. The photography and editing is lush and flows like the story. Thanks for pointing out the Porsche similarity – I see it now, but having owned a few of Wolfburg’s (thus Zuffenhausen’s) early products, I was disappointed that Alpine chose swing axles. I’m sure the trailing arms helped, but that looked like quite a serious degree of negative camber on the rear wheels in the going-away shots. Still, what a great ride, and a superb ride-along. This is why I subscribe.
