Love this era of open wheeled race cars…70’s, 80’s and early 90’s. Never to be recreated. Such a shame.

Amazing, the film really captures the feeling of speed and exotic power. Well done petrolicious. The guy is cool and passing his good fortune on to the next generation. Visceral
Thank you!

Wow, another fantastic video. And the driver/owner was so completely cool and humble. Quite an inspiration.

Everyone looks better in Monaco. Especially if you’re racing a sleek, black, open-pit monster. I love it.

Second time on a track and he’s driving a Formula 1 car!? That’s crazy! I love it! But it also sounds dangerous.

Another great video.

Another great vid. The ‘Campion’ logo made to look like the ‘Champion’ spark plug logo made me smile…It’s on a chaps sleeve at 1.22.

Award winning .. for this reason : 1st Pet edition wherein it was impossible not to reply back to back ! This owner/driver is so highly stoked it’s impossible not to follow his rooster tail. And to think that this charge comes free each Tuesday without charge!.. well, my hat, shoes and driving suit is off to the PetCrew . Marci !

Passionate? Jeez, this mick oozes it and just fantastic. Wicked machine and tip of the cap to John for just getting into it! Btw, if you’ve ever been to the Emerald Isle you know the people are just the best… as my Irish/American wife always reminds me!

A Guiness toast to John Campion! Not a Historic Winning Race Car, but historic to John and part of a great era for F1. Thanks John for investing in a cool piece of racing history and sharing the story so well and thanks Petrolicious for the very nice vid/movie.

A fabulous day at the track. Beautiful weather, crazy cars, and best of all, a great friend.

The owner of this car has a rather tasty garage full of superb cars including one of my all time faves, the Lancia Stratos. His passion for cars is mainly in rally cars which I think is very unique and cool. He’s the owner of a couple of Group B behemoth’s and I’m hoping he’ll attend this years Amelia Island event with a couple of cars as he lives just a short drive from the venue. Very interesting man and as you can see a great story-teller.

I’m no Formula 1 guy but I dig this video. Irish folks are the best storytellers!

Irish power! Emotion from beginning to end!

PS: Petrolicious, next time show us the Lancia and the Porsche in the background!

Glorious car! Would I let my 17-year old drive it? No way. Death trap.

Especially w/o a Hans. Car must be brutal when pushed. Interesting to learn about the start up process. It takes a village (to get this thing going).
