What time do the gates open to the public?
9.30am; Petrolicious would like to ask all visitors to the Drivers’ Meeting to respect their neighbors and be aware of local traffic during their arrival to and departure from the event.

What time does the event close to the public?
4.30pm

Do I need to book in advance?
We highly recommend that you book in advance as the event is likely to sell out. If there is space left on the day of, tickets can be purchased in person on the day of the event for £20.00.

How much are tickets in advance?
Adult tickets purchased in advance (age 16 or over) are £12.50 per person (plus a booking service charge). Children under 16 get in for free, and will not require a ticket (when accompanied by an adult ticket holder).

How do Petrolicious Members reserve their tickets?
Petrolicious Members will receive an email with directions on how to reserve their complimentary ticket(s). If you did not receive the email, please send us an email at members@petrolicious.com

Can I buy tickets on the gate?
Tickets will be available on the day at a price of £20.00 per person, but it is highly advised to book in advance.

Do I need to purchase tickets for my children?
Children under 16 are free (when accompanied by an adult ticket holder).

Do I have to pay for parking?
No, all parking is free for ticket holders.

Do I need to buy a ticket for every person in my vehicle?
Yes, we need all adults to have an individual ticket.

Which entrances do vehicles use?
Vehicles will be directed by yellow signs to the events gate on the Buckingham Road and the airfield gate on Skimmingdish Lane.  Please follow event signage.

Which entrance do pedestrians use?
Pedestrians must use the main Bicester Heritage entrance on the Buckingham Road, near the roundabout with Skimmingdish Lane.

May I fly in?
Unfortunately for the Petrolicious Drivers’ Meeting we will be unable to accept visiting aircraft.

What catering will be available?
There will be plenty of catering outlets on site, serving hot and cold drinks and a varied menu for breakfast and lunch, typically including bacon rolls, hog roast, burgers, toasted sandwiches, Asian cuisine, Italian pizza and pasta, and some great coffee.

Are dogs allowed on site?
Yes, well-behaved dogs are allowed on site but must be kept on their leads at all times. Please remember that vehicles will be moving around throughout the day and that the airfield is active. Please clean up after your dog; bins for dog mess are provided across the site.

Is there any readmission?
No, sorry, there is no readmission if you leave the site during the event.

Do you provide tickets for disabled visitor carers or assistants?
If you are disabled and require full-time assistance, we are happy to provide a free ticket at the gate for your care assistant, partner or accompanying friend. In order to receive this free ticket, please provide a copy of your most recent DLA or PIP letter showing your current entitlement as well as your blue badge, should you require car parking on-site.

What disabled facilities are available?
There is a dedicated disabled parking area close to the event entrance. There is also a wheelchair-accessible toilet on site.

Are there ATMs at Bicester Heritage?No, but there are plenty ATMs nearby in surrounding Bicester and in neighboring supermarkets. Don’t forget to stop on your way to the Petrolicious Drivers’ Meeting!
