THE CAR
Petrolicious Private Sales is proud to have sold a unique collector-grade Ferrari. The 365 GTB/4 represents the direct evolution of the 275 line-up. Launched in 1968, the original ‘plexiglass’ design has resurfaced after more than five decades, with the arrival of the Ferrari 12Cilindri. Quite uncommonly, this example, #14769, was delivered in a Bianco Polo shade and upgraded with air conditioning and electric windows. Being a fully matching numbers example, the car is accompanied by its Marcel Massini report, tools roll and manuals.
Original chassis?: Yes.
Chassis #: 14769
Original & Matching Motor?: Yes.
Original & Matching Transmission?: Yes.
Original Exhaust System?: Yes.
Classiche Certification – No. It would flawlessly pass a Classiche Certification inspection.
OUR THOUGHTS
This Ferrari 365 GTB/4 #14769 is an overall solid and honest example of the direct successor to the 275 model. The car has been recently and extensively serviced, showcases a striking dark-red colour, and above all, is ready to be driven by its next custodian, as adding some thousands of miles to its odometer would have very little impact on its future value.
