Thank you for creating this and introducing your community to a very cool guy, Winston Dabbs.
The photography (?cinematography ?) was superb and the California light was the perfect compliment to the car, the man and his story.
The music was also great…Can you tell me the name of the piano peace played during the last part of the video?
Looking forward to more of your work.
A fan in Pittsburgh
This is my favorite Petroliciious video so far, especially the everyday street scenes with the car, so different from the usual bucolic locations. Although I always enjoy viewing, I mean no disrespect when I say that some of the owners can go a bit over the top on their comments. But Mr. Dabbs sounds just the right notes.
What a wonderfully refreshing video. Mr. Dabbs’ laid-back style and mechanical know-how was a nice touch. Him talking about car parts in the living room made me laugh! I can relate…I have the full suspension replacement for my car sitting on the floor of my living room staring at me as I type this out! I also liked how he said he dresses for the car and his sense of history. I could have listened to him much, much longer!
Alexander,
I’m in awe of you 1990 964 ‘Growler’. I tried to find more pictures and information about it on the web, outside if the awesome photos/info that Petrolicious provided….and which I always come back to view about 6 times a week 🙂 Is there a site where I can find out more about your car?
