Came for the video, stayed for the life lesson… Bravo!
On some videos, including this one, the video will freeze while the audio continues. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, how did you cure the problem? Is the issue with the website, or my computer?
What a brillant short film.
Two legends! the 308 GT4 and Philippe GARDETTE, the master of the V8 and V12 Ferrari engine.
Thanks a lot et Bonjour à toi Philippe
What a phenomenal, emotive short film. Such a great homage to the importance of craft, legacy and the duty to move it forward. I really enjoyed the sound mix and music in this one. And that bay with all those old Ferraris. Mama mia!
Really great Story and really good points made by Philippe in this video . Let’s not forget what brands like Ferrari , Porsche , Alfa Romeo, Mercedes and others went through with all the hard work of the technicians , mechanichs , designers and engineers since the begining to be what they are now. All of this did not came in a snap of a fingers. people should pay respect to the brands and to the values of the brands.
A nice piece on a cool car and cool man.. I have a good friend that owns and enjoys his GT4.. I think of the car as an elegant one… , to be driven by a confident gentleman that doesn’t need to prove anything… .
A wonderful piece. And as suggested, timely. I own a GT4 and love it. Yes, the design is different compared to a 308 GTB or GTS. But as Philippe Gardette explained, the Ferrari brand is artisanal in nature, which is on full display with the GT4. I am very happy to own the only Ferrari ever designed by Marcello Gandini.
The GT4 has had a bad press (and public rubbishing) for almost 40 years. Now it’s great style, quality and ‘Ferrariness’ has at last been recognised. It’ll be the Mondial next.
Well done and interesting. Nice piece of history and class
