Car is posted for sale. Timing of the video seems odd unless it was part of the plan.

Met Mark in St Ives after he had filmed this – didn’t realise that I knew the car from a motoring magazine until I got home . Had a good chat with him about his car – nice guy who loves his car I just wish that everything goes ok for him and the car in the future

Very moving. What a cool dude, overcoming broken neck, back, pelvis with a purpose to drive and operate a clutch. He seems like a really nice guy and he loves the car for what it does not an investment fiend. Beautiful film as always. Well done. The car is stunning too.

I keep coming across this car, I cannot get enough of it!
Is this filmed around Mevagissey, Cornwall?

May that man’s God bless him further! After a catastrophic life changing accident he still pushed further to fulfill one of his dreams. As a child I was drawn to Porsche 911’s. At 56 years old I finally achieve that dream Through a 996. I told my mother that I would be buried in that car… But not because of the car!

Lovely car, lovely story, I’m certain my boys’ heads would be turned watching Mark blast his way up the hill. I’m still trying to squirrel away my £’s as a grown up boy, to endulge my passion but irrespective of what you drive it’s people like Mark who help knit together the enthusiasts both young and old.

Nicely done Mark.
Good to hear from someone who’s own DNA has been put into the car.
For me it could be any vehicle that you’ve put your heart and soul into – the present market value is only meaningful to car collectors and dealers.
Hope the motor sport keeps the bug alive!

What a superb story…a guy who overcame a massive accident ,got back into motor sport and continues to this day. He obviously loves his car and wants to inspire future drivers to share his enthusiasm. Its is also a great car?…
