A few months ago we hosted our first event, partnering with Hagerty and Autodromo for a fun drive through the hills of Malibu. We kept the numbers small as it was our first time out but we’re excited to announce we’re doing it again and this time we’re opening it up to all Petrolisti with a pre-’75 car or a significant newer one.
Those of you who were able to join us for our Malibu rally got a taste for the drive, camaraderie, and setting that define ‘Drive Tastefully’ rallies. The drive is scheduled for Saturday, November 15, 2014 and the route will cover both canyons and coastline. The cost is $60 per person and includes breakfast pastries, lunch, and photo session but space is limited. To sign up, click here.
why don’t you post a list of cars confirmed so far?
Arizona is beautiful this time of year.Just Sayin
Do some on the east coast to!!!:)
Austin would be a good location for a mid continent version.
Perhaps as these become more popular there could be more scattered around the country, and world. I would surely go if I lived in California.
We need an East Coast event!
Some of the best cars on this website are from the 80s, why exclude them?
I agree! As we mention in the guidelines, pre-75 is preferred, but later cars of interest are also welcome. A simple differentiation of “vintage” vs. “used”.
85 Mercs 500sel, single family ownership, we’ve had it since I was 7…..will this work, or still too young a car
It sure will.
magnificient…..i hope to see u there
Need to do this in Ohio.
assuming this is a socal event?
EDIT: Sorry – I read “social” not “socal” 🙂
It’s a 3.5 to 4 hour drive plus a social gathering for lunch, photography, and just hanging out with friends.
social yes, but is it also in SoCal?
Yes, it starts in Malibu and goes up to Ojai and back. Hope you can join us.
Does a Porsche 993 qualify? It’s a 4S:p
Your ’69 is not ready yet?!
Its older than that – 1967 – and this is where we’re at now, so I don’t think it will be ready in time!;)
