We like Joel Clark’s artwork quite a bit, and have not only featured his work before, but he also writes features for us about what makes certain racing liveries so appealing. In a previous gig, Joel actually did hand-cut vinyl for racing cars at Silverstone Circuit, and his original artwork uses similarly intricate vinyl instead of paint—perfect for ensuring colors are accurate and really pop.
Four prints of his artworks have been added to our Shop: “Group B Rally Legends”, “Jackie Stewart”, “James Hunt”, and “Gulf Porsche 917”. The initial use of vinyl in bright, accurate colors means that the cars look every bit as vivid as they do in real life, and helps to capture the neck-snapping allure of an attractive race car livery.
Each of the four prints are available in two sizes, “Original” and “Premium”, and all are printed on fine art giclée on satin paper, replicating the original vinyl collage—plus signed and numbered by the artist.
There are limited numbers of each edition available, so head to our Shop and pick out the perfect print.
