Certifiable Vintage!

E Type was a major game changer in terms of automobile design and it still look ahead of it’s time 50 years later.

“It’s nothing like the cars of today…”

“… but that’s what makes it fun.”

This is something not everyone understands; that newer isn’t always better. This is a true enthusiasts outlook. This is what makes Petrolicious so distinctive. This is why you stand out.

Kudos and keep it up!

Stunning car, and a great story, but OH MY GOD, you Yanks knew how to destroy the beautiful lines of what is perhaps the prettiest car ever to grace the face of the Earth. For Gods sake LOSE those bumpers and get that thing back to a UK / Euro spec look. There’s got to be 40 pounds of excess rubber, and at the rear it looks as if he’s backed the car into a couple of garbage bins! Love the car, love the guy, but I could not own that car with those bumpers. Compare that to a mk1 and see the difference.

Man, AND a clean e24 in the driveway. As if I wasn’t jealous of the guy already.

Beautiful car, but I’d take a Sawzall to those hideous bumpers.

Same here, not the worst US spec bumpers of the seventies though, the Maserati Khamsin takes that honour.

Awesome video, that’s one of the nicer looking E-types I’ve seen.

Can I request that we get some Audi content? Ur-Quattro, UrS4/6 cars would be awesome to see on here and I think they’d fit in…

Or an Audi 4000, those inline 5’s make glorious noises.

I use my 87 4000CS quattro for SCCA Rally X 🙂

I’ll volunteer. I’ve got an 03 RS6, and to spice it up the story my girl on the side is an 88 M5.
