So true, “changing a timing belt, is changing a timing belt”. Several people who own exotic cars who have been convinced by the dealership mechanics that if you do the work yourself, you could destroy the car beyond repair. Its still a car. Whether its Evan’s Miata, Peter’s Jag, or Enzo’s Ferrari. Its still just mechanics.

Peter,
Thank you for taking us with you down the brick streets and country lanes past the grand buildings and picturesque windmill. All while you describe the excitement and pleasure you get from driving your V12 Jaguar. You certainly do “Drive Tastefully.”

My son who studies mechanical engineering in Groningen (Netherlands) told me that he saw someone wearing a t-shirt that said “Make Jaguar Great Again”.

I’m 60 years old. I’ve only ever owned 4-bangers, and I currently own two Miatas. But I found this video and this car and this engine truly intriguing. Thanks!
